Immigration Intern – Make an impact with your legal expertise
Are you passionate about using your legal skills to help people navigate life-changing immigration challenges? As an intern supporting our Immigration team, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals, families, and businesses access the immigration support they need. From securing visas and residency to advising on complex immigration issues, you’ll contribute to legal work that has a direct and meaningful impact on people’s lives.
What to expect?
As an Immigration Intern, you’ll gain first-hand experience in a fast-paced legal environment, working alongside seasoned immigration experts. You will:
- Support Real Cases: Get directly involved in the preparation of visa applications, sponsorship licences, and appeal bundles, helping clients overcome legal hurdles and achieve positive outcomes.
- Conduct Impactful Research: Dive into immigration law, policies, and recent case law, providing valuable insights that shape legal strategies. Your research will contribute to building stronger cases and better client outcomes.
- Client service: Work closely with the team to gather and verify client information, handling sensitive cases with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Hands-On Legal Experience: Assist in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports

Hours per week: 35 hours
Duration: 6 weeks
Location: Glasgow (In office)
Commencing: By arrangement with the successful candidate – ideally July & August 2025 but we can be flexible
Salary: £441 per week
